From June 2012 to August 2014, we will be serving as Peace Corps Volunteers in Cameroon, West Africa. We will both be working in Nkongsamba, in the Littoral Region. Mollie will be serving as a Community Economic Development Volunteer and Shaun will be teaching English and HIV Education.
Cameroon, or Republique du Cameroun, is a mostly French speaking nation located on the western central coast of Africa. The country offers great geographical diversity, a population of around 20 million, and is slightly larger in land mass size to the state of California.
